1General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mmk123 platform ("we", "the Service") and the user who accesses it ("player", "you").

By visiting the mmk123 website, opening an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these terms and that you agree to them. If you do not agree to these terms at any time, you must stop using the Service.

2Account Registration and User Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Our platform accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is also 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by us and normally processed within 1 hour (Myanmar Standard Time — MMT).

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method the player used to deposit, and transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Financial Verification

To ensure the security of deposit and withdrawal transactions, we may request personal information or payment proof during our initial verification process. Failure to comply with such verification may result in the withdrawal request being put on hold.

3.4 Deposit Declaration

Players confirm that the funds they deposit are legitimately obtained. We do not support transactions involving money laundering or any criminal activity.

4Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The mmk123 welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and get a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 44,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 340,000 Ks and get a bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 540,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. This wagering requirement must be completed within the set period from the date the bonus is received.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If you fulfil the wagering requirement using fake play patterns to clear a bonus (for example, placing opposing bets yourself with little risk), we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and suspend your account.

4.4 Other Promotions

The amounts and methods for cashback rebate, VIP rewards, and other promotions will be set out in each individual promotion announcement. Where those details differ from what is stated here, the promotion announcement will take precedence.

5Game Rules

5.1 Games

The platform offers football betting, slots, live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman), and 2D/3D lottery games.

The rules for each individual game are displayed within the game interface and must be read and understood before playing.

5.2 Game Winnings

Winnings from a completed game will be credited to the player's account immediately. If incorrect winnings are paid out due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct and adjust those winnings.

5.3 Incomplete Games

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or other technical fault, the matter will be resolved in consultation with the player and based on the recorded logs.

6Prohibited Activities

Players are not permitted to carry out any of the following activities by any means —

• Using a bot, script, or automation tool to play on the gaming software or website
• Intentionally exploiting errors in the software for profit (arbitrage, bug exploitation)
• Placing bets against yourself on a single account (self-exclusion bypass)
• Accessing and playing using another person's account
• Opening multiple accounts under different names with the intent of claiming bonuses
• Copying or distributing website data without authorisation by any means
• Using a VPN or proxy to hide the fact that you are accessing from a foreign IP address

If any of the above are found, we reserve the right to suspend the account, cancel any bonus amounts and winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9Limitation of Liability

We are only responsible for losses directly caused by us. We cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses (Indirect Loss, Consequential Loss).
